Hand painted talavera plate made into a ceiling or wall light. Stamped on the back, with the maker, Porta Celi, and written in Spanish it says "pintado a mano" which means painted by hand. Found at an antiques market in Spain. I can see this in a mediterranean style home, or a beach house. It is very inviting and lovely. Measures 13 inches wide and 4 inches deep. It takes one light, size E14. The socket is original & functioning, but should be changed for safety.
