Antique Giltwood Picture Frame: Spanish Florentine Gold, Old Madrid Photo (10x12")

Item description & background story:

Beautiful antique Spanish Giltwood frame for framing painting or fine photography. It is made of wood with the characteristic Spanish gold paint, in Spanish called "pan de oro". Found at an antiques market in the south of Spain. Does not come with glass. Wear commensurate with age. It comes with the old photograph found inside of some older gentlemen in suits posing for the photograph. The photograph is embossed (pressed) on the bottom right corner with a signature (illegible) and "MADRID"


Measurements:
--exterior = 10 inches long, and 12 inches wide
--interior = 7 inches long, and 9.5 inches wide

Condition Description:
Wear commensurate with age, please look at the photos carefully to see the condition. The stand at the back to hold the frame upright is working, but seems delicate, given its age. Glass is not included, you can get custom cut glass locally by finding a glass or frame shop in your area.
