This is a good-faith agreement between the buyer and the seller (me) that the buyer will purchase the item within the agreed upon time frame.
The buyer promises to buy the item.
The seller promises to de-activate the listing and make it un-available to other potential buyers across all platforms.
In the event that the buyer decides they do not want the item any longer, this deposit in non-refundable.
